∙ All readings are conducted via Phone unless previously discussed and/or arranged. After check out you will receive a confirmation email providing you with appointment details and the number to call at your chosen appointment time. ∙ All readings are conducted via Central Time Zone. Cancellation Policy

Booked readings may be cancelled with a 24 hour minimum notice. There is a 15% space fee on all cancellations before 24 hours. After 24 hours the reading is considered final with all sales being final. Please make note it is your responsibility to call at your appointment time and 'no shows' are unaccepted and will not be refunded. All sales are final for Séances, Reader for Events, and Paranormal Cases with a rescheduling option available in case of weather or emergency related cancellation.
